A planned software release will take place on 2018--3-16 at 11 AM EDT

This update introduces the following features and enhancements:
- Targeting capabilities in Ad Quality settings (geo, device, content, demographic, audience)
- Configurable Min - Max media duration in Ad Quality settings
- Support Quartile events from wrapper files (with macro replacement)

Please note that there is no interruption to ad-serving or reporting data collection during this maintenance.
