A planned software release will take place from 2017-11-6 at 7AM EDT to 2017-11-8 at 5PM EDT.

This update introduces the following features and enhancements:
- Optimization to prevent downloads from stopping under some adverse network conditions
- Bug fix for podcasts occasionally being unavailable for while being transcoded

The following components will be updated:
- MediaCaster

Podcasting services will not be affected.
