A planned software release will take place on 2018-07-16 @8AM to 4PM EDT

This release introduces the following enhancements:
- Fix for MP3 chapter support
- Enhancements to forecasting for partial downloads
- Other minor bug fixes and performance improvements

This release will be deployed to 10% of our podcasting servers.

Podcasting service will not be affected.
