A planned software release will take place on 2018-09-10 @7AM to 4PM EDT

This release introduces the following enhancements:
- Fix for forecasting of missed opportunities
- Optimizations for occasional latency spikes affecting time-to-first-byte

This release will be deployed to all of our podcasting servers.

Podcasting service will not be affected.
