Latest Updates within the Tap Ad Server
Effective tomorrow, May 3rd, we will be decommissioning the legacy Inventory Availability report within the Tap Ad Server. Moving forward, you will no longer have to navigate between two availability reporting tools when you have multiple delivery methods in your network portfolio.

There are a number of benefits that come with the new availability reporting tool within Tap. For starters, it enables you to choose your forecasting criteria, and parse your results into various dimensions including Station, DMA, and device.

In addition, the information provided around contending flights is increasingly detailed, inclusive of the number of impressions that were booked and delivered for each contending flight, the number of impressions contending within the selected criteria (filters), how well each contending flight is pacing, and more.

Additional New Features
Ad Duration:
Query setting
If a CPM-based query without an ad duration is selected, the query will be based on past impression delivery. When an ad duration is selected, the engine will sum all the past ad delivery durations, and divide that number by the ad duration selected to obtain total inventory forecasted
CPS-based queries now have a default ad duration of 30 seconds

Custom Daypart:
Filter only
Found within the Daypart filter
Adjacent time slot only
To select non adjacent days, first select all days with appropriate time slots, then click on the day(s) which needs to be removed

Market:
Filter only
Under the Station filter: New tab for Market.
It’s an ‘either or’ choice (either markets or stations, but not both)
Market is defined by the entry in the Admin Zone on Broadcaster, Sub-Broadcaster, or Market
Intuitive search

Pricing Model
Query setting
Allows for either impression forecast or spot forecast
Changing from one to the other will start a brand new query (the previous query will not be saved)

Spots
When the CPS pricing model is selected, only market or station and day part are available in filters, and only market or station are available in the split
