A planned software release will take place on 2019-07-08 @8PM EDT to 2019-07-12 @10PM EDT

This update introduces the following features and enhancements:
- Icecast encoder support
- Encoder reconnection reliability enhancements
- Monitoring and logging enhancements

This update will be deployed to all MediaRelays (i.e. origin servers), and will be performed outside business hours (8PM-10PM EDT).

A very small number of encoders may see a brief disconnection at that time, but listeners connected to those streams should remain connected in most cases.
