Transition to Rill is still in progress, we have identified some issues (dimensions or metrics not properly populated) and we are working on the resolution.

Note: you can access to your historical data (prior to May 1st 2021 going to https://dash.rilldata.com/.
Due to the current work, live data is not populated in your dashboard since May 1st. This delay is temporary, and will be filled later on. The service disruption is exclusive to the dashboard – it does not impact programmatic delivery nor data collection within our warehouse. If there is a specific report that you need during this time, please contact supportdesk@tritondigital.com.

Transition from Metamarkets to Rill is still in progress. Access to Metamarkets is now disabled, you can access to your historical data going to https://dash.rilldata.com/. Please be sure to update any/all existing bookmarks with this URL. Your dashboard remain the same, with up to 13 months of historical data accessible. Your username, password, and scheduled reports will also remain the same.

As you may be aware, we’ve been partnered with real-time analytics platform, Metamarkets, to provide you with best-in-class data and reporting within the analytics dashboard of our Yield-Op SSP. To further enhance their data solution, Metamarkets is transitioning their service to Rill Data, a cloud-based, fully managed operational intelligence platform.

On Saturday, May 1st, we will replace the Metamarkets reporting service within Yield-Op with Rill. The URL to access your dashboard as of this date will change to https://dash.rilldata.com/. Please be sure to update any/all existing bookmarks with this URL. Your dashboard will otherwise look and remain the same, with up to 13 months of historical data accessible. Your username, password, and scheduled reports will also remain the same.

The service with Snapps that owns Metamarkets is ending on April 30th at 11:59 pm.


Service continuation will be guaranteed by Rill and will be transferred from Metamarkets to Rill, including:
- Historical data (13 months)
- Dashboards (including bookmarks and scheduled reports)
- User account (login / password) won't change


The URL to access your dashboard will be updated, same as the link under Yield-Op UI => analytics.


This might result in not having data in Rill's dashboards for a few days (historical data will be there but the data between April 30th 11:59 pm and the time the Triton - Rill integration is completed will be missing.
Only Rill's reporting will be affected (no impact on programmatic delivery or data collection within our data warehouse).
