This maintenance introduces the following change:

* Overtone: Support for .ogg files
* Overtone: Larger upload box for drag & drop ease of use
* Removed some restrictions for reseller targeting
* Re-enabled advertiser domains
* Reselling advertisers will no longer appear in Exclusivity rules
