A planned software release will take place.
Streaming delivery servers will be updated within the time window expected for scheduled maintenances under your SLA.

The new release will introduce the following features and improvements:
- Bug Fixes
- Monitoring Improvements


In order to minimise potential listener impacts, live streaming maintenances are spread over 4 deployment phases. The redundancy in place for our streaming services provide a seamless and non impacting experience for our end users. During a maintenance window, selected live streaming instances stop accepting new listeners and route all new listener traffic to alternate streaming instances. During this period, active sessions are kept alive for a minimum of 12 hours. Long-duration listener sessions (>12h) will get disconnected.

Our team will be monitoring the situation closely throughout the scheduled maintenance.
